Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes. Some clients invite us in for a gentle reset before a gathering, after a move, during a busy season of life, or simply to help a home feel lighter and more supported again.

Do you offer recurring maintenance?
Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly, and customized recurring care designed to help homes remain peaceful, refreshed, and beautifully maintained over time.

Are your services private and discreet?
Always. We deeply respect the privacy, comfort, and trust of every client and every home we enter.

Do you bring your own supplies?
For recurring services, we typically ask clients to provide their preferred household supplies and vacuum system so each home can be cared for consistently and hygienically over time.
We’re happy to provide a thoughtfully curated recommendation list for products and vacuum systems that support a cleaner, calmer, and more effective home environment.
For one-time services, move-in/move-out cleans, and certain larger projects, we can provide supplies and equipment when arranged in advance.

Do I need to prepare anything before your visit?
To help us care for your home as thoughtfully and efficiently as possible, we kindly ask that personal items, clothing, toys, and daily clutter are picked up beforehand whenever possible.
For recurring services, we also appreciate having sinks cleared, cleaning cloths freshly available, paper products restocked, and household supplies easily accessible so we can move gently and seamlessly throughout the space.
A little preparation beforehand allows us to focus more deeply on the care, detail, and restoration of the home itself.

Can services be tailored to my space and needs?
Absolutely. Every home is different, and we understand that seasons of life shift.
We’re always happy to create a more personalized approach whenever possible.

What if my home feels overwhelming right now?
You are not alone. Some spaces simply need a softer reset after busy, emotional, transitional, or demanding seasons of life.
We approach every home with gentleness, respect, and
calm attention.

What cleaning products do you use?
We naturally gravitate toward gentler products whenever possible, including thoughtfully chosen low-tox options such as vinegar, baking soda, and essential-oil-based cleaning support.
At the same time, we understand that some homes, transitions,
and deeper resets may require stronger products when truly needed.
Every space is different, and we’re always happy to work with each client’s preferences, sensitivities, and comfort level.

How does payment work?
For simplicity and ease, payment is kindly requested at the time of service.
We currently accept cash and check for all services.
Electronic and card-based payments may be accommodated when needed, though additional processing fees may apply.

Do you offer ironing services?
At this time, we do not offer ironing services.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not necessarily. Many clients provide access arrangements so their home can be cared for comfortable while they focus on their day.
As long as we are able to enter and move through the space easily,
we are happy to work independently and respectfully within the home.

Is tipping expected?
Tipping is never expected, though always appreciated.
For recurring services, many clients choose to offer a holiday gratuity at the end of the year as a thoughtful gesture of appreciation, often around the value of one cleaning visit.

What if something is broken or damaged during the cleaning?
While we approach every home with great care and attentiveness, accidents can happen. If anything is damaged during a service, we ask to be notified promptly so we can thoughtfully discuss the best way to resolve the situation.

Can I skip the initial deep cleaning?
The initial visit is typically more detailed and time intensive than ongoing maintenance services, as it allows us to fully restore and establish the rhythm of the space before recurring care behings.
For this reason, initial cleaning rates are generally higher than recurring maintenance visits.
